Boost the follow-up of your candidates and employees

A contact, a name, a phone number? You can now create your candidate file. This record exists in your pool and can be categorized for future searches. As soon as an assignment is confirmed, the candidate is converted into an active employee.

Each assignment (hourly or monthly) gives rise to an assignment contract for the employee, which can be sent by email, or made available via our 'Interijob' portal. Contract formats are fully configurable.

Hours are entered directly by your consultant, but can also be delegated to the employee or customer via the 'Interijob' portal. This portal acts as a link between the outside world and SAM ULTIMATE, into which the reports entered are imported (saving time and limiting data entry errors).

In addition to the multiple reports available for a detailed view from several angles, SAM ULTIMATE offers a dynamic statistical report showing the breakdown of hours generated. This tool enables users to perform a simple, intuitive graphical analysis of the status of their activity, or that of the consultants they are authorized to view.

Generation -> calculation -> payment -> publication.

This workflow is applied before a payslip can be distributed en masse by email, or simply downloaded in its final format (without watermark).
