  • Order management

    An order management module enables you to record and track customer requests for personnel. The search for suitable profiles and the creation of the assignment can be carried out directly from the order.

  • Lease management

    Each assignment (hourly or monthly) gives rise to a rental contract for the customer, which can be sent by email, or made available via our 'Interijob' portal. Contract formats are fully configurable.

  • Sales activity monitoring

    Generating follow-ups is essential for managing sales activity. A statistical tool is available to analyze this activity through the generated follow-ups, in order to validate that the company's policy is being properly applied.

  • Billing module

    The invoicing process can be run in parallel by several users in charge of a different scope (a sector, for example). Data groupings are configurable by customer, but can be adapted during generation. The invoicing process generates "draft" invoices, which can only be distributed once they have been validated and "published".

  • Taking payments into account

    DTA files from your e-banking system can be imported, so that the automatic reconciliation process can assign amounts received to invoices still open. This reconciliation can also be carried out manually if incoming payments are created manually.

  • Reminder module / Collection monitoring

    The reminder module enables you to generate payment reminders for unpaid invoices by e-mail. The collections dashboard enables at-a-glance analysis of these open amounts, focusing on a particular customer or sum, for example.
